Tbourida (what visitors call the Fantasia) is a Moroccan equestrian tradition, not a dinner show invented for tourists. A line of riders comes down the ground at a gallop, holding formation, and fires their muskets in a single crack. Between the runs there are drummers, dancers and fire, and around all of it a long Moroccan dinner served under a tented roof. Your driver collects you at 19:30 and has you back at your hotel by 23:00. Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.
