Behind the beach the land turns to sand tracks, argan scrub and low dunes, and that is where the quads run. You get a briefing and a few slow laps to find the throttle, then follow a guide out onto the trails: some of it hard-packed and quick, some of it soft sand that teaches you to keep your weight back. Three hours all in, with a stop on high ground for the view down to the sea, and no experience needed beyond the confidence to steer.
