Three ways, each ending with a confirmation from a person rather than an automated receipt: the booking form on this site, a WhatsApp message, or a phone call. Give us the date, your flight number if you have one, where you are heading, and how many passengers and bags. We come back with the vehicle and the fixed price, usually within minutes, and confirm the pickup in writing. Nothing is paid until the day itself.
Nothing you need to manage from the air. We take your flight number when you book and follow the arrival, so if you land two hours late, or half an hour early, the pickup moves with the aircraft and the price does not change. Ask for meet and greet when you book and your chauffeur will be waiting inside the arrivals hall with a name board; otherwise he will message you exactly where the car is parked.
For airport arrivals we track the flight, so your chauffeur comes for the time the aircraft actually lands rather than the time printed on your ticket, and then waits while you clear passport control and collect your bags. Waiting for a reasonable delay is free, and nobody is standing there with a stopwatch. For a pickup at a hotel or an address in town, the chauffeur is there for the time you agreed and waits while you come down. If you can see you are going to be held up well beyond that (a missed connection, a rerouted flight, a change of plan), send a WhatsApp message and we will work it out between us.
Yes, and most people do. Give us both dates and we price the outbound and the return together, so the whole trip is settled in one conversation and there is nothing left to arrange at the end of your stay. Choose the return date on the booking form, or simply say so on WhatsApp. Whatever you are quoted is held for 24 hours, which gives you time to check with the rest of your party, and both journeys are still paid in cash on the day you travel.
The vehicle follows the group. A sedan carries 1–3 passengers with two large bags, an SUV 1–4, a van up to 7 and a minivan up to 8, and a minibus up to 18. Tell us the number of people and the number of cases when you book (luggage is usually what decides it, not headcount) and we put you in the vehicle that actually fits rather than the cheapest one on the list. Every vehicle is air-conditioned, and the price is for the car, not per seat.
You pay your chauffeur at the end of the journey, in cash (euros or dirham, whichever you are carrying). There is no card machine, no online checkout, no deposit and nothing at all to pay when you book. The figure you were quoted is the figure you hand over: one fixed price for the vehicle, agreed in writing before you travel, with no meter running and nothing added at the end.
Tell us and it is cancelled. There is nothing to refund, because nothing is paid until the journey happens: no deposit, no card on file. We ask for 24 hours' notice where you can give it, simply so the chauffeur and the vehicle can be released to somebody else, but plans change on holiday and we would far rather hear from you late than not at all. A WhatsApp message is enough.
Prices are fixed per vehicle and agreed before you travel: Agadir Al Massira Airport into the city from €25, Taghazout from €40, Taroudant from €90, and Marrakech or Essaouira from €130. Round trips are exactly double the one way. One figure covers the car and everyone in it, so four people pay what two people pay, and for a group it usually comes to less than two cars negotiated at the kerb. No meter, no surge pricing, no deposit and no booking fee. The price is confirmed on WhatsApp within minutes and settled in cash with your chauffeur, in euros or dirham, at the end of the ride.
